Our expert instructors will guide you through each movement, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for those looking to push further. We focus on progress, not perfection, so you can move at your own pace and build confidence with every session.

For your Pilates class at Providence Pilates, comfort and ease of movement are key! Here’s what we recommend:
👕 What to Wear:
Fitted, stretchy activewear that allows you to move freely (leggings, shorts, or a comfortable top).
Avoid overly loose clothing so your instructor can help guide your form.
Grip socks are preferred for extra stability and hygiene, but they’re not mandatory.
🎒 What to Bring:
Water bottle to stay hydrated.
Small towel if you like to wipe down during or after class.
A positive mindset—we’ll take care of the rest!
If it’s your first time, just show up a few minutes early, and we’ll make sure you’re set up and ready to go. See you in class! ✨
-
Consistency is key! To see and feel the benefits of Pilates, we recommend aiming for 2-3 classes per week to start building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing muscle tone.
If you’re looking for faster progress or more dramatic results, increasing to 4-5 sessions per week can help accelerate improvements in core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body composition.
Remember, results are personal and depend on factors like your fitness background, lifestyle, and goals. The most important thing? Stay consistent, listen to your body, and enjoy the process—the results will follow! 💪✨
